WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Please email us high resolution images of the people you want illustrated and the size of the illustration to hello@thestylesalad.in once you have placed your order. We'd like all facial features to be as clear as possible and for the image to have been taken in daylight.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING:
1. Delivery timeline will be 10 - 15 days days for an illustration of up to 2 people and 7 - 20 days for illustrations of larger groups.
2. The quality of the output will depend greatly on the quality of the photos. Please ensure you send us high resolution photos only.
3. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds after confirmation.
4. COD & EXPRESS SHIPPING NOT APPLICABLE ON THIS PRODUCT.
5. Illustrations do not come with the frame. Once the Illustration is ready it will be emailed to you.
6. For an illustration of more than 7 people: Reach out to us with requirements.
