Barrel Aged Creamed Honey

This Barrel Aged Creamed Honey is the first of its kind aged honey. It is stored in American White Oak Barrels and we use traditional Nordic aging techniques to impart a deeper flavour with undertones of vanilla & caramel from the casks.

A biscuit coloured honey, It has undertones of caramel and vanilla and a woody aftertaste courtesy the barrel aging. Resembles a jam in its viscosity and texture and works well spread on cookies, rusks, toasts and waffles.
