Caramelized Onion & Fig Relish

Caramelized Onion and Figs flavoured with intense Kachumpuli vinegar native to Coorg region, makes for an excellent pairing condiment.

Ingredients: Onion, Fig, Garlic infused Oil, Muscovado Sugar (7%), Kachampuli Vinegar,  Pink Salt

How to Use: Spread it over a toast, layer it in a cheese sandwich or  a burger or serve it with crackers. Makes for an excellent pairing on a cheese board or with Sunday roasts.

Shelf Life: 6 months when refrigerated.
