These classes are aimed at improving one's breath and bringing awareness and consciousness to the process of breathing thereby reducing stress and also enhancing the flow of prana through the body, reducing disease.

About Mansi Gandhi

She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years now and says she will be the eternal student of  Yoga.  Holding a Masters in Psychology, Mansi Gandhi then went on to finish her Pg Diploma in yoga along with her TTC from Sivananda Kerela. She then proceeded to finish another TTC under two teachers Srimati and Ravi who are from the distinguished Krishnamachary and Ashtanga disciplines. Ravi Sir then guided her to Do her Yoga and Anatomy course from Yoga Synergy which is an online based course from Australia. 
She loves to share the benefits that yoga has given her. She is a mother of two and is the founder of her company "Mansigandhiyoga".
