Beetroot Crisps

These fresh sun-dried sago chips with fresh beetroot juice and seasoning can be air-fried or deep fried. We taste along the way and add the grated vegetable for texture, color and flavor as well. It pairs well with salads, soups, chai or your everyday rice and curry. They are smooth and crunchy in texture.

Ingredients:

• Sago
• Fresh Beetroot Juice
• Fresh Green Chilli
• Rice Flour
• Jeera
• Salt

Shelf Life:

Uncooked versions last for 1- 3 years. Consume within one year ideally. Once cooked, they need to be consumed within 3 days or they’ll get soggy.

Instructions:

All fryums, crisps need to be air-fried or deep fried to be consumed. Once cooked, they need to be consumed within 3 days or they’ll get soggy. Store in an air-tight container away from moisture, water or heat.
