These fresh sun-dried sago chips with fresh spinach juice and seasoning can be air-fried or deep fried. We taste along the way and add the grated vegetable for texture, color and flavor as well. It pairs well with salads, soups, chai or your everyday rice and curry. They are smooth and crunchy in texture.
Uncooked versions last for 1- 3 years. Consume within one year ideally. Once cooked, they need to be consumed within 3 days or they’ll get soggy.
