A treasure family recipe using the first harvest of mangoes without a formed shell and seed, this pickle oozes flavours of mustard and fresh seasoning through soft pieces of mangoes. The tender but crunchy pieces of mango with seasoning are a bliss! The pickle often uses local varieties of mango like kothapalli kobbari or collector mangoes.
Although our pickles don’t go bad, we recommend refrigeration within 2 months of purchase to retain freshness and crunch. All pickles last up to one year in the fridge and longer in the freezer.
Recommend transferring into a container right after purchase and refrigeration after 2 months. It has to be an air-tight container, in a cool place, without contact with water. Make sure any spoon you use is dry.
