What What ? MoringaWhat !

What What! Moringa What?

When we started The Style Salad, it was important that we offer the types of products you’d want to both give and receive, be it a beautifully presented gift or a thoughtfully curated care package. As we grow, we’re committed to working with brands that we both befriend and believe in, with strong missions, values and their own unique stories.

Here’s a little low down on our latest addition to our Toss Up Your Own - Moringa What!

MoringaWhat was launched in 2015 by Ekom Mamik, who stumbled upon the benefits of the Moringa Oleifera trees one afternoon when pounding dried Moringa leaves into powder during her time at a model sustainable village in rural Kenya.

Born in Darjeeling, Ekom has set up a small cold press unit there where the oil is extracted. The oil goes through a sedimentation process and is then filtered.

Moringa Oleifera pure cold pressed Oil has been used since Ancient Egyptian and Roman Civilizations as a protectant for the Skin. It is packed with anti-oxidants, nutrients & essential fatty acids. It contains anti-aging, anti inflammatory & anti bacterial properties.

It can be used au naturel (moisturiser), as massage oil or as a carrier (base) for essential oils.

It has a zero comedogenic rating, meaning it doesn't clog pores and is suitable for all skin types - dry, oily and combination

High in Omega-9 Fatty Acid (Oleic Acid), makes this an exceptional Moisturiser. The Oil is a 100% pure extraction of the Moringa Oleifera seeds.
